Main components: dry-type transformer is mainly composed of silicon steel sheet iron core and epoxy resin casting coil. Insulating cylinders are placed between the high and low voltage coils to increase electrical insulation, and the coils are supported and restrained by spacers. The fasteners of its parts overlap also have anti-loosening performance.
Winding form: the winding is divided into high voltage winding and low voltage winding. From the relative position of high and low voltage windings, high voltage windings can be divided into concentric and overlapping. Concentric winding structure is simple, easy to manufacture, is a common structure; overlapping type is mainly used for special transformers.
Shell: used to support the iron core and winding, and play a protective role.
