The oil-immersed transformer uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to realize the voltage rise and fall through the interaction between the iron core and the winding. In its internal structure, transformer oil not only plays a cooling role, but also has good insulation performance, which can effectively prevent electrical faults and short circuits. When an alternating voltage passes through the coil, an alternating electromotive force is generated in the coil, which excites the movement of the eddy current in the iron core, and then generates a magnetic field. In this process, the transformer oil takes away the heat generated by the winding through heat conduction and convection to ensure the stable operation of the transformer at the rated temperature.
